4. All prices shown in the store are inclusive of VAT.

5. Shipping Rates are calculated in GBP as follows, before checking out:
   UK Mainland - 0-0.5kg - £3.50, 0.51-0.99kg - £6.99, 1kg+ - £9.99.
   UK Remote - 0-0.5kg - £7.50, 0.51-0.99kg - £10.99, 1kg+ - £14.99.
   Mainland Europe (EU) - 0-0.49kg - £0.5kg - £37.50
   International outside EU - 0-0.25kg - £17.50, 0.26kg+ - £42.50

6. Any import duty icurred by you is your responsibility to pay. We will not be able to reimburse this.

7. We will ship all items within 2 working days of receipt of orders. Exceptions to this will be posted on the Store Page.

8. Items can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping by emailing the store.

9. Items may be returned at the customers expense for a replacement or refund. Shipping of replacement of faulty goods will be paid by UK Mat Surfers. Shipping for replacements due to sizing errors or other circumstances which are the responsibility of the customer will be charged to the customer.

10. Your consumer rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions. UK Mat Surfers operates within the jurisdiction of UK law. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
